Career Journey

I’m Dr. Aayush Bhadani — a General Surgery resident at AIIMS Patna, a gold medalist MBBS graduate, a published researcher, and a med-tech enthusiast.

My journey in medicine has been defined by my deep commitment to surgical excellence, my curiosity for innovation, and my drive to deliver the best possible care to every patient. From complex emergency procedures to global surgical research, I have embraced every opportunity to learn, lead, and contribute meaningfully to healthcare. With over 150 surgeries assisted and 50 independently performed, presentations at international platforms like ISW (Malaysia) and EAES (Netherlands), and projects that bridge engineering with clinical needs — my work lives at the intersection of surgery, science, and service.
